TimeCalc 2000
| TimeCalc 2000 is
used for totaling payroll time cards and time sheets.
TimeCalc 2000 goes far beyond the capabilities of
its older time calculator sibling. It gives you the
tools you need to perform advanced functions such
as automatic overtime calculation, advanced break
deduction, flexible reports, and many other features.
While TimeCalc Classic can meet the needs of smaller
businesses, those with more than a few employees will
want to consider TimeCalc 2000 instead.
Here are just a few of the features of TimeCalc
2000:
Simple employee database to validate entries and
eliminate retyping of employee names.
Automatic overtime calculation, based on daily or
weekly hours worked, including support for multi-tiered
overtime (as in California).
Automatic break deduction, with the ability to screen
out sessions too short to qualify for a break.
Enhanced user-defined fields capability, which now
includes up to ten user-defined fields that can
accommodate worked, non-worked, and memo hours,
as well as dollar amounts.
Automatic conversion from hours/minutes to hours/hundredths
(or the other way).
Can automatically round times to predetermined intervals.
Full support for 12 or 24 hour clocks, as well as
entry and result units in hours/minutes or hours/100ths.
Line-item descriptions, with Quicken-styled auto-fill

with adjustable column orderings and widths.
Full-screen utilization takes advantage of today's
large, high-resolution monitors.
A powerful user-defined reporting system allows
you to select the content and ordering of report
columns.
Export Wizard allows you to export to almost any

Ability to summarize and report time by department.
Integrated Windows standard online help.
New, Filtered Views, allowing you to select records
included in both the grid and report by the contents
of any column.
Dates accept +/- keys to increase and decrease the
date by one day.
Can import data files from our "It's About
Time" software (IAT version 2.2x required).
Column set can be selected "on-the-fly",
allowing you to work only with that set of columns
you need at any given time.
A new "Windows-32" look and feel, including
adjustable fonts, help hints, tool- and status-bars.
All data can be saved to and retrieved from files.
