PC TimeClock Lite
is the perfect way for Employees to clock IN and OUT
right from their PC. With PCTimeClock Lite, employee's
can choose to Clock IN, Clock OUT, Start or End a
Break period, Start or End a Lunch period or switch
between tasks. Transactions created with PC TimeClock
Lite are transferred immediately to your RealTime
database, allowing for instant reporting and tracking
capabilities.
Administrators can set up PCTimeClock Lite to request
desired levels of information including Departments,
Jobs, quantities and even the amount of tips received.
It can be configured to a single user or shared
between employees or departments. Default ID's for
employees or departments can be set. Filters and
validation can be used to ensure that only valid
entries are made.
Administrators can specify a "Time Server"
computer for establishing the actual time of day
that an employee entry was made, eliminating the
ability for employees to simply change the clock
on their PC to "fool" the system. The
"Time Server" computer can be on the local
LAN/WAN or even use an internet based time server.
Managers have special rights and can make transactions
for Paid Time Off and/or Monetary records. Additionally,
they are able to override the Validation rules if
needed and can make entries outside the current
date and time. This is a very handy feature for
managers to use when making corrections or adjustments
from the floor.
