Here’s great
project timer that includes its own electronic time
sheet.
No more messy time sheets and forgotten tasks. Now
employees can track and record their time as they
work. The DesignSoft StopWatch features both a timer
window and a time sheet window for tracking work on
projects or for tracking uptime and downtime. Entries
for employee code, job number, task code, and description
align with DesignSoft Time Sheet Manager or DesignSoft
Creative Billing's own job files.
StopWatch time is saved to a time sheet file and
can be viewed, edited, added to, and printed at
will.
At any time, the entries on the Time Sheet can be
imported over the network, by E-mail, or by diskette
to the Creative Billing or Time Sheet Manager host
computer. There they can be posted directly to job
files without further key strokes (see How it Works).
The time sheet file is saved as a tab spaced text
file so it can also be used with 3rd party applications
like spread sheets, word processors, and database
applications.
StopWatch is available for Macintosh OS7.5 thru
OS9.2x & Windows95/98/XP/NT/2000. For Mac OS
X, there's the new StopWatch Plus that adds even
more flexibility.
