CaptureIT Time and Attendance Standard Edition
| CaptureIT is a fully
functional time and attendance system that has been
designed to be easy to use and install. Cleverly designed
with an easy-to-follow user interface, it allows you
to monitor every aspect of the time an employee spends
in your business. It is flexible and can be configured
to suit most business environments and the powerful
job costing features enable you to fully analyse costs
and ensure budgets are not exceeded. CaptureIT supports
fixed, variable shifts, rotating shifts and flexitime.
The easy to use visual interface allows you to view
real-time information about employee and job status.
Employees can clock in using terminals, from their
PC's using the Remote Clockin Utility or via the Internet
using any web browser.
CaptureIT will reduce the administrative burden
created by the Working Time Regulations making it
easy to collect employee working time data, analyse
records and to highlight breaches or potential breaches
of the legislation.
CaptureIT comes complete with a link to Personnel
Manager for companies that want to keep detailed
personnel records. An easy to use payroll link is
also available. The payroll link supports, Sage,
Pegasus Opera, Pegasus Senior, Pegasus Capital,
Earnie and others!
