Manager:
The holiday manager makes HR management easy; enabling
employees to view their annual holiday entitlements,
and the holiday they have booked to date. Employees
make holiday requests online and managers can accept
or reject requests online, after receiving an automatic
notification email. There is an online holiday chart
for all employees with automatic pro-rata calculations.

Absence Manager:
Employees who return from sickness absence fill
out an online questionnaire on their return to work.
The data is collated into a report which analyses
absence patterns, and uses the Bradford score to
rank employees. The relevant manager is warned of
potential issues with disability or workplace issues.
Document Manager:
Myhrtoolkit handles your important human resource
documents: the contract of employment, company handbook,
induction, departmental documents and so on. The
system keeps accountability lists of who has read
what, and when!
Task Manager:
The task manager is an interactive method of delegating
tasks to employees. The manager simply sets up the
task, provides notes and documents if necessary,
and adds a deadline. The employee concerned will
then receive automatic notification emails from
the system reminding him / her of the task to be
completed and the deadline for it. When the employee
has completed the task, the employee can upload
documents or notes and the manager receives a "completed"
status report. Easy!
Email Alerts:
The system alerts you by email if anything important
changes on your homepage.
Communication:
You can send and receive messages and documents,
and all in a way which is fully accountable. Unlike
standard email, you can easily send a document and
see the next day, or three years later, who has
