Benefits -You can set up any type of Benefit Plan
your company provides and include who is eligible,
the cost of the plan, waiting periods, and dependant
coverage types. Employee elections can specify the
plan type, coverage type, waiver of coverage, and
COBRA payment tracking.
Company Property - Keep track of all of your company's
valuable property that is assigned to your employees
by recording the item or items in this easy to use
form. Simply assign a property ID and a description
and you have created a unique identity for this
item, which can then be assigned to an employee.
EEOC Data Tracking - Includes INS, Status, and
Organizational history tracking information. Required
employee data such as I-9 and Visa status, FMLA
and Termination data, and employee positions are
easily recorded.
Employee Data - View or edit all of your employee's
personal information such as Name, Address, Phone
numbers, Emergency Contacts, even send them an email.
Also includes eight user-defined fields for added
flexibility.
Knowledge Base - Keep track of employee Training
activities and set renewal periods, record information
if your employee is Licensed for specific duties,
and maintain an Education history.
Leave -Record and monitor an employee's Leave history,
such as Personal Days, Sickness, and Vacation time
used. The leave history is updated each time a new
leave record is added to show cumulative totals
for each Leave Type.
