HRA Over the years,
HRA has gained the capabilities to handle the requirements
of mid to large-sized companies
capabilities such
as multiple Unions, multiple Collective Agreements,
complex Leave and Sick Entitlements, Restricted and/or
Flexible Benefits, Multiple Locations, Employee Self-Serve,
variable Security Requirements, multi-company Consolidated
Reporting and more.
While the four main versions or HRA share predominantly
the same feature set, it is access from multiple
locations and the data sources that differentiate
them mostly.
For mid and large-sized companies HRA Global is
the web-enabled version of HRA that gives access
to managers, employees and HR staff in branch offices,
other cities or even other countries.
HRA SQL builds on HRA Global by adding a SQL-Server
backend to the web-enablement. Many companies in
the mid-size to large category now want to see the
data in all applications be in SQL-Server to give
them access to this for a variety of reasons such
as reporting, integration to other systems, data
control by the DBA (Database Administrator) and
more. We are happy to provide the SQL-Server version
to suit these requirements.
